As Thanh Nien previously reported in a series of articles, after the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin, every day, at Mong Cai International Border Gate, tens of thousands of people complete immigration procedures. In particular, recently, Chinese tourists on zero-dong tours have flocked to Quang Ninh to go shopping at the shops around the border gate.

Notably, the shops that "raise" zero-dong tours have used counterfeit products; goods that use politically sensitive language; causing instability in the tourism market in Mong Cai City.
