In the coastal city of Sam Son , the opening ceremony of the 2024 Sea Tourism and the inauguration of the Sea Square - the landscape axis of the Sam Son City festival will take place at 8:10 p.m. on April 27, 2024 at the Sea Square Stage, Trung Son Ward.
It is expected that after the ceremony there will be an art program with the theme “Sam Son is colorful” and a low-altitude fireworks display. The program will be organized from socialized sources.
At the inspection of the Sea Square Project, the landscape axis of the Sam Son City Festival and the preparation for the opening of the 2024 sea tourism, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Do Minh Tuan emphasized: Sam Son City is the unit in charge and organizing the implementation, but this is a common task of the province, functional sectors, and related units, not just Sam Son City. Therefore, the Party Committee, government, and functional sectors need to uphold their roles and responsibilities in performing the assigned tasks.
The head of Thanh Hoa provincial government highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility, creativity and efficiency of Sam Son City and the relevant agencies in implementing tourism projects in the area. At the same time, he requested that the organization of the opening ceremony of the 2024 Sea Tourism Festival and the inauguration of the Sea Square, the landscape axis of the Sam Son City Festival must be carried out carefully, impressively and absolutely safely. The relevant agencies and units closely followed the conclusions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to perform well the assigned tasks, organize preliminary and final rehearsals of the program according to the agreed plan and scenario.
In Hoang Hoa district, according to the Plan for organizing the Hai Tien Sea Tourism Festival just issued by the Hoang Hoa District People's Committee, the 2024 Hai Tien Sea Tourism Festival will open on April 29, 2024.
The opening program of this year's Sea Tourism Festival is expected to be elaborately invested with the theme "Hai Tien - the sea sings a love song". One of the highlights of the 2024 Hai Tien sea tourism season is that Flamingo Group plans to open the entire project on April 30 and organize many entertainment and service activities at the Flamingo Linh Truong marine eco-tourism and resort area, in Hoang Truong commune.
Within the framework of the festival, many exciting and attractive cultural and sports activities will take place to continue to introduce, promote and develop the potential and strengths of culture and tourism of the studious land of Hoang Hoa, creating highlights and attracting tourists and investors to Hai Tien beach tourist area and Hoang Hoa district.
In Nghi Son town, according to Plan No. 169/KH-UBND of Nghi Son town People's Committee, the opening ceremony of Nghi Son sea tourism in 2024 is expected to take place at 8:00 p.m. on April 26, 2024 at the sea square of Hai Hoa sea tourism area, Nghi Son town.
Accordingly, the festival was broadcast live on Thanh Hoa Province Radio and Television. The art program was carried out with the theme: "Nghi Son Pearl Sea - Aspiration to Reach Far".
Within the framework of the opening ceremony, there will be an exhibition space to introduce OCOP products with the participation of businesses and business households in the town and some localities inside and outside the province. Organizing cultural activities and traditional folk games to serve the people and tourists, such as: Performance of the rice cooking competition, performance of "Gia Hau Co Be Thuong Ngan" and the open men's volleyball tournament.
The activities are organized in a diverse, rich, safe and economical manner, imbued with the traditional cultural identity of Nghi Son people; creating a highlight to attract tourists and investors to the town, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in a sustainable direction.
