In the 2020-2025 term, 15/15 Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committees under emulation cluster No. 2 have made great efforts, made great efforts, and had high political determination, performed quite comprehensively and completed well the inspection and supervision tasks according to the Party Charter and the tasks assigned by the Party Committee, the tasks directed by the Central Inspection Committee , and were recognized, highly appreciated and awarded many emulation titles and worthy forms of commendation by the Party Committees, local authorities, agencies and units.
Of which, the Inspection Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee was awarded 2 emulation flags by the Government; the Prime Minister awarded 1 certificate of merit; the Ministry of Public Security , the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee awarded 4 certificates of merit.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized: In order to encourage officials of the Inspection sector in performing their duties, in 2023, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee issued regulations on emulation and rewards for the inspection and supervision work of the Provincial Party Committee.
Every year, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has awarded emulation flags and certificates of merit to many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in inspection and supervision work; thereby, contributing to strengthening political capacity, improving work quality and spreading the spirit of emulation throughout the Party inspection sector of the province.
Quang Ninh province clearly identifies inspection and supervision as an important tool to maintain discipline, tighten discipline within the Party, and contribute to building a clean and strong political system. It is also a key factor in helping to prevent violations early and from afar, strengthening people's trust, and creating favorable conditions for the province's socio-economic development.

Quang Ninh province will continue to thoroughly grasp the Central's instructions, strengthen leadership and direction, create the most favorable conditions for the Party inspection sector at all levels in the province to successfully complete assigned tasks; continue to promote the patriotic emulation movement in the entire Inspection sector, pay attention to building a team of inspection cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, prestige, and are truly impartial, brave, and honest; build inspection committees at all levels of the Provincial Party Committee to truly be the place where the Party places its trust to protect discipline; and the people place their expectations to protect fairness.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nghiem Phu Cuong - Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, requested that emulation cluster No. 2 fully absorb the opinions at the conference, continue to promote and innovate emulation and reward work among units in the cluster, contributing to the successful implementation of the Party's inspection and supervision tasks.
At the conference, emulation cluster No. 2 honored the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to receive the Emulation Flag of the Central Inspection Committee, term 2020-2025.
