The 3rd 'I Am Healthier' 2024 Contest is accepting registrations until September 30

Recently in Hanoi - Herbalife Vietnam, one of the leading health and fitness companies, in collaboration with Health and Life Newspaper, the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health , organized the "I Am Healthier" 2024 contest to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle in the community through practical challenges in knowledge and exercise. The contest aims to inspire participants and the community to build healthy eating habits, exercise regularly to improve health and improve the quality of life.

The "Healthier Me" 2024 contest will take place over three (03) months with three rounds. Participants are required to demonstrate their knowledge in the fields of nutrition, health and exercise while making positive physical changes. Candidates will also be directly tested on their knowledge in interactive sessions with leading experts. The 12 best candidates will be selected to participate in the final award ceremony.

The "I Am Healthier" contest was first held in 2022 and will continue in 2023 with more than 2,000 candidates participating each year. The contest also reaches millions of viewers nationwide.
