DNO - On the afternoon of July 3, according to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from this evening to July 4, the area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Ngai will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with common rainfall of 10-30mm, in some places over 80mm; thunderstorms will be concentrated in the evening, night and morning.

During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, lightning, hail, strong gusts of wind; risk of flash floods, landslides on steep slopes, and flooding in low-lying areas.
