Dabaco dismissed Ms. Bui Hai Huyen from the position of deputy general director.

The Board of Directors of Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: DBC) has just decided to dismiss Ms. Bui Hai Huyen from the position of Deputy General Director and terminate the labor contract with her "based on the actual situation and personal wishes". The decision takes effect from February 1.

Ms. Bui Hai Huyen was appointed as Deputy General Director of Dabaco to advise and assist the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director and manage assigned work from August 16, 2023. Thus, Ms. Huyen's tenure at Dabaco lasted less than half a year.

Ms. Bui Hai Huyen was born in 1976, with a bachelor's degree in economics . Ms. Huyen has more than 20 years of experience in the field of administration, management, consulting and project implementation at many large enterprises.

Before joining Dabaco, Ms. Huyen held the position of General Director at FLC Group from March 2020 until her resignation in February 2023. She is one of the veteran leaders of FLC with more than 12 years of association, holding many important positions in enterprises belonging to the FLC "ecosystem" such as Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAI Agricultural Chemicals JSC, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLCHomes Real Estate Development and Investment JSC...

In 2023, DBC's net revenue will reach VND11,110 billion, down 4% compared to 2022. Profit after tax will reach VND25 billion, 5 times higher than the same period last year. However, the reason for the company's strong profit increase is largely due to the low base level in 2022.

In 2023, Dabaco plans to have revenue of VND24,562 billion and profit after tax of VND569 billion. Thus, DBC is still far from the set targets.
