The 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee was a great success.

After three days of serious and urgent work, on the afternoon of October 17, the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030, was a great success.

The Congress elected the 18th City Party Committee, consisting of 75 members.

At the first conference, the 18th City Party Executive Committee elected the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee, members of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai was re-elected as Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 18th term, 2025-2030.
