Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia attended and delivered a speech assigning tasks. Also attending the conference were leaders of the Central Propaganda Department.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1045-QDNS/TW, the Secretariat decided to appoint Colonel Pham Ngoc Phuong, Director of the Department, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia, to hold the position of Assistant to the Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department.

At the conference, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia presented the decision, presented flowers and congratulated Colonel Pham Ngoc Phuong.

In his congratulatory speech and assignment, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized that Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong is a well-trained cadre, having held many positions and tasks in the military environment, with 12 consecutive years as a leadership secretary, including 8 years as Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Director of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army; due to mission requirements, he was seconded by the military to the civilian sector, with 3 years as Secretary of the Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department...

During his work and in the new working environment, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong always upholds his political qualities, promotes his sense of responsibility, strives to complete many important tasks, assists the Head of the Central Propaganda Department with a large amount of work, and contributes to the overall completion of the tasks of the Central Propaganda Department.

The Head of the Central Propaganda Department noted that the new position from Secretary to Assistant is a step forward, the new responsibility is increasingly heavier, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong needs to make efforts to practice, strive, cultivate political qualities, constantly improve expertise and knowledge to better complete assigned tasks.

Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia believes and hopes that in a higher position, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong will continue to make efforts, quickly approach tasks, coordinate with departments and units in the Central Propaganda Department to advise and assist the Head of the Department promptly, quickly and effectively in tasks to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong thanked the Central Secretariat, the collective leadership of the Central Propaganda Department, comrades and colleagues in the Department for their trust and support throughout his time working from when he was in the Army until when he returned to work at the Central Propaganda Department.
