Also recently, there has been a buzz in the public that many business owners have complained that they could not win some of the contracts their companies participated in because they were surrounded and threatened by “gangsters”. Some other business owners said that they had difficulty accessing the market in purchasing raw materials or recruiting workers, and the reason was not due to the weak capacity of the business.
When criminals "disguise" themselves as businesses or businesses are "protected" by criminals who intentionally compete unfairly by using bad tricks, it will affect the normal production and business activities of the business.
Although Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have fought and destroyed many criminal networks and organizations, arrested many "gangsters" with signs of "disguising" as businesses to interfere in the bidding, production and normal business activities of agencies and enterprises, there are still many people who disregard them for economic benefits.
At the dialogue conference with businesses on ensuring security and order in the province recently organized by the Provincial Police, representatives of businesses discussed many issues related to ensuring security and order for production and business of businesses occurring in the province.
Listening to and sharing the difficulties related to security and order that businesses are facing, the provincial police leader said that there will be more drastic measures implemented in the coming time. In particular, answering questions related to signs of "mafia" activities disguised as businesses, the provincial police leader said that they have been very determined and will continue to fight uncompromisingly to eliminate illegal activities, creating a safe, healthy and equal production and business environment for businesses.
Thanh Hoa province currently has 21,268 enterprises, including 21,074 non-state enterprises, contributing nearly 59% of the province's GRDP and increasingly affirming its role as a pillar of the economy and a driving force for growth. Private economic development is receiving great attention from the Party and the State. Most recently, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development, and one of the guiding principles set forth in the resolution is: Creating an open, transparent, stable, and safe business environment.
The Provincial Police's organization of a dialogue conference with businesses on ensuring security and order in the province to have a basis for stronger and more effective combat against criminal forms and organizations is contributing to concretizing this guiding viewpoint, removing bottlenecks, so that businesses can operate safely, develop more strongly and effectively.
