Many fishermen in Duc Minh say that, as always, after a storm, there are a lot of fish and other seafood in the nearshore waters.

Duc Minh explained that because they catch a lot of fish, whenever they see a good quantity of seafood harvested by fishing with hooks or nets, they return to shore to give it to relatives to weigh and sell, and then continue going out to sea.
