The family of Nguyen Van Trung (Nhan Ly village) has had to move to a temporary shelter in Doi Mieu village for nearly 20 days now because the water has not receded yet. "This temporary shelter is the Nam Phuong Tien Commune Health Center, with bunk beds, clean and spacious. Life is difficult during this time, but with the help of the government and benefactors, we are provided with 2 free meals every day," said Trung.
