Chelsea took over 30 minutes to create their first real chance. The visitors came very close to scoring, but Raheem Sterling missed a one-on-one opportunity and Conor Gallagher hit the post. Chelsea couldn't maintain their attacking tempo, and Man City quickly re-established their dominance.
