According to the decision, the Northern Quang Nam Regional General Hospital will be allocated 69 billion VND to invest in modern interior design and operating room equipment for the Anesthesia and Resuscitation Department; Urology - Gastroenterology - Traditional Medicine Department, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment and meeting the requirements for healthcare for the people.
Specifically, the project includes investment in operating room interior furnishings on the 5th floor; a clean air system for the operating room block and clean corridors, such as a positive pressure clean air system comprising an AHU air handling unit, heating resistors, air distribution system, and filters. In addition, the project also invests in a central medical gas system and medical equipment. The project implementation period is from 2022 to 2025.
The Northern Quang Nam Mountain General Hospital (located in Dai Loc commune) provides medical examination and treatment services to people in the districts of Dai Loc, Dong Giang, Nam Giang, Tay Giang, and Que Son.
The number of inpatients fluctuates between 1,100 and 1,300; during outbreaks of diseases such as dengue fever or influenza, this number can exceed 1,700 patients per day. The average outpatient visit volume is 800-900 patients per day; during peak periods, it can reach up to 1,200 patient visits per day.
