Simultaneously, it aims to create opportunities for working lecturers to pursue further education. It also provides funding and incentives for lecturers to participate in large-scale scientific research projects, thereby increasing their motivation to pursue doctoral studies. Furthermore, the university aims to recruit 230 lecturers with the capacity to publish scientific papers by 2030 (currently, there are only 27 lecturers).
This university also aims to develop sustainable financial resources, with total unit revenue reaching 8,000 billion VND by 2030. By 2030, 35 units will implement financial autonomy plans (19 in group 2 and 16 in group 3).
