According to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training (May 16), colleges nationwide can participate in the general enrollment support system for universities and colleges in preschool education (Enrollment Service System).
From this guide, there are currently 240 colleges that have updated enrollment information into the enrollment system.
Candidates can register for college majors in the general admission system from July 16-28.

Dr. Le Ngoc Trung, Principal of the College of Foreign Economic Relations , said that this year's college admissions will have two forms. The first is admissions according to the Ministry's general system, at the same time as university admissions. Accordingly, candidates will register their wishes for majors at colleges on the system from 4.7 to 17.00 on 28.7.
"Students only need to pass the graduation exam to be able to apply for college admission on this common system," said Dr. Trung.
At the same time, candidates can register online on the website or directly at colleges from the beginning of the year to the end of 2025.
Master Vu Van Dong, Head of the Faculty of Technology - Engineering, Bach Viet Polytechnic College, informed: "When accessing the system, besides the data of universities, candidates will see the data of colleges. Including school codes and major codes. Candidates enter the order of their wishes including school codes and major codes, similar to the operations with university wishes".
According to Master Dong, because the general admission information is still new, not many candidates know about it. The general admission on the system at the same time as the university will create favorable conditions and help candidates have more choices.
"If candidates decide to study at college due to family circumstances or the desire to graduate early to enter the labor market, they only need to choose the major and college they want as their first priority. Similarly, those whose test scores are not as expected can also choose their first choice to enter college," Master Dong noted.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, after registering their wishes, from July 29 to 5:00 p.m. August 5, candidates will pay the admission fee. From August 13 to 5:00 p.m. August 20, colleges will download data and organize the admission exam.
At 5:00 p.m. on August 22, schools will announce the first round of admissions. Candidates will confirm their admission online until August 30. From September to December, colleges will consider additional admissions.
