WATCH THE CLIP:

On the afternoon of March 30, a representative from the Hanoi Police Traffic Department stated that the unit is investigating and compiling evidence to prosecute a group of young people who violated traffic safety regulations while driving motorcycles on Nhat Tan Bridge.

Earlier on March 29, a video appeared on social media showing a group of young people riding motorbikes on Nhat Tan Bridge, exhibiting signs of violating traffic regulations and causing traffic safety hazards.

Upon receiving the information, the City Police Directorate instructed the Traffic Police Department to quickly investigate, verify, and strictly handle the case according to regulations.

Through investigative measures, the Traffic Police Department identified the vehicle and the group of people driving it in the aforementioned video clip, and summoned them to the police station for questioning.

The identities of those involved have been clarified as follows: NKD (born in 2007, driving motorcycle license plate 88AC-041.XX); D.QT (born in 2008, driving motorcycle license plate 88AC-020.XX); TVP (born in 2008, driving motorcycle license plate 88AC-001.XX), all three residing in Vinh Yen City ( Vinh Phuc province).

At the police station, those involved initially confessed to driving motorcycles in violation of traffic safety regulations on Nhat Tan Bridge on the afternoon of March 29th.

The Traffic Police Department is currently continuing to verify and clarify the vehicle and other related individuals, consolidating the case file, and handling the matter according to the law.
