On the afternoon of March 30, a representative of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department said that the unit is investigating and consolidating documents to handle a group of young men driving motorbikes violating traffic order and safety on Nhat Tan Bridge.

Previously on March 29, a clip appeared on social networks recording a group of young people driving motorbikes on Nhat Tan Bridge, showing signs of violating traffic laws and causing traffic insecurity.

Immediately upon receiving the information, the City Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department to quickly investigate, verify, and strictly handle according to regulations.

Through professional measures, the Traffic Police Department has identified the vehicle and group of drivers related to the above clip and invited them to the police station for questioning.

The identities of the people involved were clarified to include: NKĐ (born in 2007, driving motorbike with license plate 88AC-041.XX); Đ.QT (born in 2008, driving motorbike with license plate 88AC-020.XX); TVP (born in 2008, driving motorbike with license plate 88AC-001.XX), all three are permanent residents of Vinh Yen city ( Vinh Phuc province).

At the police station, those involved initially confessed to driving a motorbike in violation of traffic safety on Nhat Tan Bridge at noon on March 29.

Currently, the Traffic Police Department is continuing to verify and clarify the vehicle and other related subjects, consolidate the records, and handle them according to the provisions of law.
