On the evening of November 17th, in Thai Binh , the Department of Grassroots Culture, in coordination with the Thai Binh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, held the closing ceremony of the Red River Convergence Mass Art Festival.

This year's festival, held from November 14th to 17th, attracted nearly 500 actors and musicians from eight amateur art troupes from provinces and cities: Hung Yen, Ha Nam , Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, and Thai Binh. Through traditional Cheo theater, the troupes conveyed a variety of rich and diverse themes, featuring many amateur actors performing for the first time on a regional stage.
The Quang Ninh Provincial Cultural Center participated in the festival with the traditional Vietnamese opera "The Story of the Golden Pottery Hill". The 45-minute opera, staged by the Provincial Cultural Center, praises the fighting spirit, heroic sacrifices, and victories of the Tran Dynasty's army and people in ancient Quang Ninh. It also exemplifies the role of today's veterans in protecting, preserving, and promoting the cultural heritage of Quang Ninh in particular and Vietnam in general, educating the public about patriotism, national pride, and the responsibility of protecting cultural heritage. Furthermore, the performance contributes to the widespread dissemination of the historical, cultural, and revolutionary traditions of the army and people of Quang Ninh.
This is also an opportunity to introduce unique cultural values and promote the development potential and strengths of Quang Ninh to localities throughout the country.

In the final results, the Organizing Committee awarded numerous gold and silver medals to outstanding actors; and gold and silver medals to outstanding performances. The Quang Ninh delegation won 1 silver medal for their performance; 1 gold medal was awarded to actress Anh Ngoc, and 2 silver medals were awarded to actors Nguyen Van Tien and Quach Van Luan.
