The 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition, held within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, is a national-level event that takes place only once every two years, attracting many businesses involved in coffee production, processing, and trading, as well as businesses producing and trading fertilizers and related auxiliary products from within and outside the province. This is a great opportunity to introduce, connect, and promote Vietnamese coffee brands to domestic and international consumers.

This year's specialized coffee and OCOP product exhibition attracted 180 domestic and international units and businesses with 435 booths showcasing coffee products and other items such as machinery, equipment, agricultural products , fertilizers, and supporting goods for the coffee industry.
In addition, this year's exhibition also features booths showcasing OCOP products and typical agricultural products from many localities across the country. This is an opportunity for people in Dak Lak province and visitors to the festival to not only enjoy coffee but also to visit and sample OCOP products from various regions and localities nationwide.
According to Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, Dak Lak currently has the largest coffee growing area in Vietnam with 212,106 hectares, supplying over 535,000 tons annually. Dak Lak province is very proud to contribute to affirming Vietnam's position on the world coffee map.

Therefore, at the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, the organizing committee decided to hold a specialized coffee and OCOP product exhibition to allow businesses and investors to showcase their typical coffee and OCOP products. This will be a space for businesses and investors to meet, exchange experiences, expand cooperation, and develop linkages. Through networking and promotional activities, the exhibition will contribute to enhancing the image of Buon Ma Thuot with its famous coffee brands; affirming its attractiveness as a destination, introducing tourism potential, and promoting investment in the coffee and agricultural product sectors.
“The 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition is a testament to Dak Lak province's efforts in building and promoting Vietnamese coffee in general, and Buon Ma Thuot coffee in particular, into a world-renowned brand. At the same time, this year's exhibition also carries significant meaning in aiming for sustainable development of the Vietnamese coffee industry,” shared Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province.
With that in mind, Dak Lak province hopes that deeply processed and diversified coffee products, combined with modern technology, will enhance export value and bring Buon Ma Thuot coffee closer to consumers worldwide. At the same time, the activities at the fair also provide an opportunity for businesses and farmers to update on new trends, apply science and technology to production, and aim for sustainable development, linking natural resource conservation with economic development.

"In particular, Dak Lak province is currently developing Buon Ma Thuot city into a world coffee destination. Therefore, the province calls on domestic and international businesses and investors to join hands so that coffee is not just a beverage, a distinctive cultural symbol connecting people globally, but also a source of pride for Vietnam," Comrade Truong Cong Thai emphasized.
According to Mr. Luu Van Khoi, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province and Head of the Fair Organizing Committee: "The fair is organized on a large scale with diverse booths, allowing consumers to better access products from businesses. In addition, many booths participate by both displaying products and livestreaming on social media platforms to sell goods. This not only helps businesses introduce and connect with each other but also promotes local coffee products and OCOP (One Commune One Product) products to tourists and expands their business network. Through the fair, people and businesses will have the opportunity to update themselves on new business trends and the application of science and technology in production. This aims towards the sustainable development of the coffee industry."
At the specialized coffee and OCOP product exhibition within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, coffee producers, processors, and traders, as well as thousands of coffee growers in Dak Lak province, were extremely excited. Coffee prices are at their highest level in history, exceeding 135,000 VND/kg, leading to vibrant activities in production, processing, trading, and export. Several coffee products were also introduced to consumers for the first time at the fair.

Mr. Le Hong Vinh, owner of a civet cat breeding facility in Buon Don district, Dak Lak province, producing VIELITE civet coffee, said: "I have been raising civet cats and researching civet coffee production for five years now. Over the past time, I have traveled to many places to research civet coffee production, then applied the research to civet farming and successfully produced civet coffee. Today, participating in the specialized coffee and OCOP product exhibition, I am announcing and introducing VIELITE civet coffee to consumers for the first time. This is the best opportunity, with thousands of people and domestic and international tourists attending the fair. Currently, the company has produced about 350kg, selling at 10 million VND per kg. This new product aims to diversify coffee products and contribute to increasing the value of Vietnamese coffee." Hopefully, this year's specialized coffee trade fair will help spread the brand of Dak Lak coffee in particular, and Vietnamese coffee in general, to the world market.
Nguyen Tri Thang, Director of Ea Tan Cooperative in Krong Nang district, Dak Lak province, said that Ea Tan Cooperative is the first unit in Dak Lak province to produce coffee with international certifications such as 4C, Organic, Rainforest Alliance/UTZ, Shade-Grown Coffee… and specialty coffee, but until now, it has only cooperated with and supplied Simexco Daklak for export to countries around the world.
“Participating in this year's specialized coffee trade fair, Ea Tan Cooperative is showcasing internationally certified coffee products and specialty coffees produced by the cooperative itself, especially ground coffee, with the hope that the cooperative's high-quality coffee products will become known to consumers both domestically and internationally. In particular, through this fair, we want to find partners to bring Ea Tan coffee products into major supermarket chains nationwide, thereby creating a strong spread of Dak Lak coffee,” Mr. Nguyen Tri Thang expressed his hope.

After participating five times in the specialized coffee trade fair within the framework of the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, the coffee products of HUCAFOOD Production and Trading Company Limited, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, have not only been introduced into major domestic supermarket chains but have also been exported to many countries and territories around the world in large quantities.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Dung, General Director of HUCAFOOD Production and Trading Company Limited, said: “Participating in this year's fair, in addition to introducing and promoting HUCAFOOD coffee products, the company also hopes to seek investment opportunities to build a deep processing plant for coffee products right in Dak Lak province, the largest coffee growing region in the country, to save on transportation costs.”
It is known that, within the framework of this year's Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, Dak Lak province commenced the construction of the Phu Xuan Industrial Park. Immediately after this festival, we will explore and promote investment in building a coffee processing plant in Dak Lak to join forces with Dak Lak province in taking the Vietnamese coffee brand to new heights and reaching further.”
Within the exhibition grounds, the booths showcasing scientific and technological equipment and technical innovations serving the coffee cultivation and processing sector attracted a large number of visitors who came to explore, learn, and purchase. Mr. Le Ba Ngoc, Director of LBN Production-Trade-Service Joint Stock Company from Khanh Hoa province, stated that his company has many years of experience in providing solutions and equipment for coffee roasting and grinding. At the 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition, his company displayed, promoted, and supplied coffee roasting machines designed by the company itself. These are new, advanced, and modern products aimed at supporting businesses and coffee processors in reducing investment costs and improving the quality and value of coffee.

Therefore, at this year's specialized coffee trade fair, he is looking into smart irrigation equipment, water-saving irrigation systems, and nutrient fertilization equipment through drip irrigation systems… These are new, advanced, and modern products aimed at supporting farmers to achieve high farming efficiency, low production costs, and suitability for dry, hot weather and multi-cropping plantations…
The 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition, part of the 9th National Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, will take place from March 9th to 13th at the Dak Lak Provincial Cultural and Tourism Center. This is a space for businesses, cooperatives, localities, and investors to showcase their typical coffee and OCOP products; it also provides an opportunity for businesses and investors to meet, exchange experiences, expand cooperation, and develop partnerships, contributing to enhancing the value and strongly promoting the Vietnamese coffee brand in the global market.
