The brave "captains"
At the age of 46, businessman Luong Minh Liem, General Director of Tan Seiko Joint Stock Company, is a living proof of a generation of entrepreneurs who have grown up from practical production.
Starting his business with 16 years of experience as a manager at a Japanese company, Mr. Liem has turned Tan Seiko from a small factory with a revenue of only 8 billion VND/year into a business with 3 large-scale factories, with a revenue of over 207 billion VND, exporting products to the United States, Japan, China...
“Tan Seiko has had a 7-year journey of breakthrough, established in 2017. The main products are irrigation pipes, electronic tools, and precision molds. At 46 years old and with a 7-year entrepreneurial journey, I realize it is never too late if you have enough passion and vision” - Mr. Luong Minh Liem shared.
The entire production process at Tan Seiko has been automated, with a machinery system worth more than 50 billion VND imported from Japan, ensuring international quality standards for each product. Every month, more than 32 thousand products with Vietnamese brands are manufactured, contributing to the global supply chain.

While Mr. Luong Minh Liem represents the 7X generation of entrepreneurs full of courage, the 8X-9X generation is also making a strong impression with its creative entrepreneurial spirit. One of them is Nguyen The Lam, founder of the Laman service ecosystem - a widely known brand in Dong Nai since 2021.
“Without pressure, diamonds cannot be created. I started my business during the pandemic with the desire to create real value for the community,” affirmed Mr. Nguyen The Lam, CEO of Laman.

Starting from the field of event organization and tourism, Laman quickly expanded into areas such as: glamping, cuisine (F&B), green space (Laman Garden) and recently the entertainment field when becoming a representative of the Miss Cosmo Vietnam contest in Dong Nai.
Laman is not just creating a business, but a creative community where young people are encouraged to engage, develop and make a positive impact on society.
With more than 70 thousand enterprises in operation, including over 2 thousand FDI projects in 45 industrial parks across the province after the merger, Dong Nai has not only become the locality with the highest industrial density in the country, but also a land rich in potential for breakthrough aspirations. In particular, the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has over 600 members. The business community, with the core being private entrepreneurs, is increasingly asserting its pioneering role, making important contributions to the province's socio -economic development.
Expecting strong growth of the business community
Over the years, the business community in Dong Nai province has grown not only in quantity but also in quality. From key industrial zones to rural cooperatives, they have contributed to creating thousands of jobs, attracting investment, shifting the economic structure and enriching corporate culture.
In the context of increasingly deep integration, the role of entrepreneurs becomes more important than ever. They are not only the pioneers in bringing Vietnamese products to the world, but also the ones who "keep the soul" of cultural values and social responsibility in each step of development of Dong Nai province.
From names like Tan Seiko, Laman, to hundreds of businesses that are quietly contributing every day, Dong Nai entrepreneurs are a strong creative force in the era of innovation, digitalization and globalization. They carry within them Vietnamese spirit, Vietnamese intelligence and aspirations to reach out, contributing to creating a sustainable and prosperous socio-economic appearance for Dong Nai today and tomorrow.

According to Chairman of Dong Nai Province Business Federation Dang Van Diem, Dong Nai business community is a shock force on the economic front, not only contributing greatly to GDP and local budget but also creating hundreds of thousands of stable jobs for workers.
“In the context of integration and fierce competition, Dong Nai businessmen have constantly adapted, innovated, and reached out to the international market, playing an important role in positioning product brands and enhancing the economic position of the province,” said Mr. Dang Van Diem.
Assessing the role of the business community, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc emphasized: "The business community is an important pillar to seize new opportunities, continue success and bring Dong Nai to new heights. The provincial government always appreciates and respects the practical contributions of the business community to the overall development of the province."
Dong Nai commits to continue to accompany and facilitate business development, through promoting administrative reforms, especially in key areas such as tax, customs, and construction. At the same time, activities connecting high-tech industrial - commercial - agricultural enterprises with foreign partners will also be enhanced, expanding markets and opportunities for sustainable cooperation.
A strong team of entrepreneurs is the foundation for a prosperous economy. Dong Nai believes and hopes that the business community of the province will continue to grow strongly, becoming an important driving force in the journey to create the future of the dynamic land in the South.
