Real estate business revenue in Da Nang reached 1,736 billion VND in August

DNO - According to the statistics of Da Nang City Statistics Office, in August 2025, total revenue from real estate business services in the city reached 1,736 billion VND, down 13.6% compared to the previous month but up 76.2% compared to the same period in 2024.

In the first 8 months of 2025, total revenue from real estate business services in the city reached 13,577 billion VND, an increase of 108.4% over the same period.

Revenue in the first 8 months of Da Nang of some other notable service sectors such as: arts and entertainment services reached 6,219 billion VND; education and training reached 4,515 billion VND; administrative and support services reached 3,858 billion VND; health care and social assistance reached 3,252 billion VND.

According to the city’s Statistics Office, the market is still affected by policy adjustments and legal procedures. However, the long-term prospects of the city’s real estate and service sector remain positive thanks to its geographical location, increasingly improved infrastructure, and continued strong investment flows into the border areas between the two former localities.
