According to the proposal of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, Binh Son Marine Park needs to focus on investing and upgrading technical infrastructure in the area from April 16 Square to the walking street in Binh Son Marine Park, including items such as: Repairing and renovating the road surface, planting additional trees in April 16 Square; renovating the embankment and coastal steps, arranging lighting systems, trash cans, seats; building a new children's playground by the sea... The total investment for all items is expected to be over 64.5 billion VND.

After understanding the situation of coastal erosion in the Binh Son Marine Park area and listening to the report on the proposal to organize the Binh Son Marine Park space, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said: Currently, the speed of coastal erosion is quite fast, causing damage to coastal works and narrowing the beaches in the Binh Son sea area. Therefore, reorganizing the Binh Son Marine Park space is extremely important, both to bring safety to people and tourists and to create a highlight and a new look for the sea area.

For proposals to organize the space of Binh Son Sea Park, it is necessary to make detailed plans, develop plans to renovate and improve the space and landscape appropriately. Focus on fully arranging public facilities, especially recreational activities on the sand; invest in modern technical infrastructure systems, add a variety of green trees in parks and coastal roads, create open, attractive, lively spaces, attracting tourists. Thereby, meeting the requirements of urban development in a civilized and modern direction.
