On behalf of the delegation, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh wished the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province, the venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers in the province good health and a joyful and peaceful Vu Lan Festival (Buddhist calendar 2569).
Affirming the strength of national unity, the Party's will and the people's aspirations, as one of the Party's revolutionary achievements over the past 80 years and further elevated through the recent National Day celebration on September 2nd; Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh acknowledged the spirit of solidarity and cooperation with the nation, with the overall development of Nghe An province, and with the religious communities in the province, including the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province, the venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers in the province.
Over the past period, the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province, along with temples, venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers, have carried out many activities, attracting a large number of people from all walks of life to accompany the province and the Fatherland Front in socio- economic programs, especially social welfare programs.
During natural disasters and floods, in addition to mobilizing and providing material support, the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province and the temples, venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers in the province directly visited the affected areas to distribute gifts and encourage people to overcome difficulties; at the same time, they actively contributed to the overall achievements of Nghe An province in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, totaling nearly 21,000 houses.
Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also acknowledged that the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province and the temples, as well as the venerable monks and nuns, have carried out many activities to propagate and educate about the beautiful values of Buddhism, guiding Buddhists and the people to promote the values of kindness, love for humanity, solidarity, and mutual support in building a better life.
Congratulating the Vu Lan Festival and expressing gratitude for the contributions of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province and the temples, venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers in the province to the overall development of the province, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also informed about the reorganization of the organizational structure, linked with the restructuring of the staff to be more streamlined and of higher quality, of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and its member organizations with a determination to achieve greater unity and cohesion, continuing to be a "common home" to gather the strength of national unity, becoming a solid "rear guard" for the Party Committee and government, formulating policies that are in line with the people's will; effectively implementing socio-economic development programs, maintaining national defense and security, and leading Nghe An province to rapid and sustainable development.
Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh expressed her wish that the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province, the venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers in the province would continue to work together with the province and the Fatherland Front at all levels, spreading the spirit of unity and the strength of the entire people for the common goal: developing Nghe An province and improving the lives of its people.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Religious Affairs Department, and the Catholic Solidarity Committee also presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Nghe An province on the occasion of the Vu Lan Festival (Filial Piety Festival) in 2025.
