Dong Nai approves investors for urban area of over 72,000 billion VND

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has approved the implementation of the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project worth over 72,000 billion VND in Cu Lao Pho (Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai). The implementation period is 12 years, from 2023 to 2035.

Cu Lao Pho is considered the "pearl" of Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai), with a total area of nearly 700 hectares. This is the place where a modern urban area project worth more than 72,000 billion VND is expected to be built.

Located right at the gateway to Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai), surrounded by Dong Nai River and Cai River, Cu Lao Pho is considered to have a prime location for development, becoming an important highlight of Bien Hoa City's urban space.

According to the investment policy, Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project has a land use scale of about 293 hectares, population of about 31,600 people. The project's goal is to invest in building a modern, bustling urban area and service complex while promoting green elements.

According to the plan, this place will form a new, modern urban area and service complex in harmony with the natural landscape, aiming at sustainable tourism development, combining diversified types of housing, commercial centers, tourism services, and public services.

Recently, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province has also decided to approve the detailed urban planning task at a scale of 1/500 for Aeon Mall Bien Hoa shopping center located on Dang Van Tron street, Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city (in the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project area).

The project is expected to be implemented over 12 years, from 2023 to 2035, with 5 component projects divided into phases. In 2025, it is expected to complete site clearance and all investment procedures.
