Draft amendments to the Regulations on national excellent student selection exams

GD&TĐ - The Ministry of Education and Training announced a draft to amend and supplement a number of articles of the Regulations on national excellent student selection exams.

The amendment aims to guide the participating units in registering the maximum number of candidates for each team in each subject, and at the same time, deploy the inspection and supervision of the stages of the Exam in accordance with regulations.

The main contents of the draft include:

The maximum number of candidates registered for each exam subject for each unit remains the same as in previous years. This regulation aims to avoid disruption and ensure the rights of candidates before implementing the administrative unit arrangement according to Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 dated June 12, 2025 of the National Assembly .

Adjust the Examination Regulations to suit the functions and tasks of inspection and examination activities during the organization of the Examination, according to the provisions of Decree No. 109/2025/ND-CP dated May 20, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate .

The Ministry of Education and Training requests interested units, organizations and individuals to contribute opinions to complete the draft, ensuring transparency, objectivity and suitability to reality.
