Great Place To Work (GPTW) is a leading global organization with 30 years of experience in helping businesses build workplace cultures. Since 1992, GPTW has published lists of outstanding workplaces in numerous countries and regions.

For the third consecutive year, Great Place to Work has published its ranking of the Best Workplaces in Vietnam. This year's ranking is the result of analyzing data from a survey of 125,000 anonymous workers, representing the voices of 135,000 workers in businesses across Vietnam.

The 25 companies honored in the 2024 ranking are divided into 3 categories: 5 large enterprises (over 1,000 employees), 10 medium-sized enterprises (100 - 999 employees), and 10 small enterprises (10 - 99 employees).

Businesses must participate in a survey program assessing employee satisfaction with their workplace based on five criteria: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. Following this, GPTW will evaluate talent development strategies, human resource policies, and work culture based on the "Great Workplace For All" criterion.

In this year's list, F88 Joint Stock Company appears for the first time in the medium category. GPTW stated that F88 received 91% positive reviews, specifically 94% positive points for employee care and welfare; 93% for fairness; and 91% for support from colleagues and guidance from the management team.

At the awards ceremony, Mr. Tran Ha Dung - Director of F88's Human Resources Management Center - shared: “This award is commensurate with the efforts that the F88 team has built over the past 7 years. We create a working environment that emphasizes the spirit of "Be following the Boss," where every employee is empowered to demonstrate their "ownership spirit." They are all encouraged to be autonomous in their work, design their own development paths, and define their own success alongside the success of the organization.”

F88 is a business providing affordable financial services for ordinary workers, freelancers, and those below bank eligibility standards, notably flexible loans of small and medium amounts to meet short-term financial needs. Currently, F88 has more than 820 branches nationwide.

Roland Wee, Chairman of the Board of Great Place To Work ASEAN and ANZ, stated that the number of companies in Vietnam certified as Great Place To Work has tripled in the past three years, and those achieving the Best Workplaces designation have demonstrated significant differentiation from the certified group, both in terms of survey results and the workplace programs and strategies they share.
