Similar to the Ranger pickup truck, the Ford Everest SUV has just been updated with a Tremor version featuring numerous improvements to the suspension system, tires, and a V6 engine to enhance its off-road and terrain-conquering capabilities.
The Ford Everest Tremor is the latest version recently added to the D-segment SUV lineup.
The Ford Everest Tremor features a honeycomb-patterned grille, steel guardrails, large side steps, and a prominent orange Tremor logo. It also comes with black painted wheels and General Grabber AT3 All-Terrain tires.
Interior images of the Everest Tremor have not yet been released, however, sources indicate the vehicle will feature leather seats with the Tremor logo, power-adjustable driver's seat, all-season floor mats, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The vehicle also has many optional equipment packages for different purposes such as off-road driving, long-distance driving, etc.
In terms of performance, the Ford Everest Tremor uses adaptive shock absorbers and new springs, increasing ground clearance by 26mm compared to the standard model.
The vehicle also features a Rock Crawl driving mode, similar to the Ranger Raptor, which optimizes traction, balance, and improves acceleration when pressing the gas pedal to overcome challenging terrain at low speeds.
The Everest Tremor is powered by a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 diesel engine, producing 247 horsepower, 600 Nm of torque, and a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 kg. It comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission and 4WD system.
In Australia, the Ford Everest Tremor is priced at AUD 76,950 (approximately VND 1.29 billion), lower than the Everest Platinum version but significantly higher than the Ranger Tremor. Production is expected to begin in November.
