Nearly 40 security posts ensure security and order for the Tran Temple Opening Festival in Xuan Giap Thin year 2024

Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, Nam Dinh Provincial Police have developed a plan to ensure security and order for the Tran Temple Seal Opening Festival to ensure the festival takes place in a secure and safe manner, maintaining the beauty of traditional culture.

Accordingly, the Provincial Police have prepared traffic diversion plans to ensure traffic safety and order, urban order; fire prevention and fighting, search and rescue plans; and patrol plans to ensure security and order, and prevent crime.

Specifically, the Provincial Police assigned Nam Dinh City Police to coordinate with professional units to mobilize more than 2,500 officers, soldiers, and employees of various forces to participate in ensuring security and order, divided into 5 rounds, including 4 rounds directly in the Tran Temple area with nearly 40 security posts, to prevent jostling, pushing, and unsafe situations.

From about 8:00 p.m. on January 14, the force in charge of propaganda and mobilization mobilized people to go outside the Tran Temple grounds, including Thien Truong Temple, Co Trach Temple, and Trung Hoa Temple, so that local authorities and Party committees could perform the incense offering ceremony to commemorate the merits of the Tran Kings. The Temple organized a procession with the Seal palanquin, then conducted the Seal Opening Ceremony at Thien Truong Temple at the hour of Ty.

From 5 a.m. the next morning, the organization distributed Seals to people and tourists. The Provincial Police required all officers and soldiers participating in the task to strictly comply with the People's Police Regulations, uphold the sense of responsibility, strictly perform the assigned duties and tasks, contributing to the Tran Temple Seal Opening Festival 2024 to take place safely, healthily, civilly, contributing to spreading traditional cultural values ​​and humanity to friends and tourists.

As planned, the Tran Xuan Giap Thin Temple Seal Opening Festival 2024 will be held from February 20 to February 25 (ie from January 11 to 16).

On February 20 (January 11), the Ngoc Lo palanquin procession is held. On February 21 (January 12), the Water procession and Fish worship ceremony is held.

February 23 (January 14): from 10:15 p.m. to 10:40 p.m., perform the incense offering ceremony; from 10:40 p.m. to 11:10 p.m., organize the palanquin procession; from 11:15 p.m., perform the seal opening ceremony.

February 24 (January 15): from 2:00 a.m., perform the ceremony of returning the Seal; from 5:00 a.m., organize the distribution of seals to people and tourists at 4 locations including Giai Vu house at Thien Truong Palace, Co Trach Temple and the exhibition house at Trung Hoa Palace.

On February 25 (January 16), a ceremony was held to celebrate the Shangyuan Festival at Co Trach Temple and to offer the Chuc Van Hoan Cung offering.

This year's main ceremony of Tran Temple's Seal Opening took place on the weekend. With good weather and convenient traffic conditions, it is predicted that the number of visitors to the ceremony will be very large.
