According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center, in the first 6 months of 2025, production and business activities of enterprises have improved, many enterprises have expanded production, so the demand for labor recruitment is very large. However, the labor supply, especially unskilled labor, is not enough to meet the demand. Workers who need to find jobs need to go directly to enterprises or participate in job floors, contact the center for free consultation and job referrals.

To connect labor supply and demand, Dong Nai Employment Service Center strengthens the organization of fixed and mobile job exchanges; supports businesses directly in remote areas to recruit workers. In the long term, to retain workers, Dong Nai Employment Service Center believes that businesses need to implement good salary and bonus policies, improve working conditions, offer benefits and support so that workers can work with peace of mind and stay with the business for a long time.
