(CPV) - On the morning of December 18, in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province, the Command of Region 4 held a conference to meet and encourage non-commissioned officers and soldiers of Brigade 146 to prepare for duty in Truong Sa Archipelago.

In a friendly and close atmosphere, Colonel Bui Van Ben, Member of the Standing Committee, Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, suggested some contents about military , political, logistical activities and the lives of officers and soldiers in Truong Sa Archipelago.
The soldiers spoke, expressing their thoughts, wishes, difficulties, advantages and remaining issues regarding their living, studying, working and personal benefits before going to work on the island.
At the meeting, the Chief of Political Affairs of Naval Region 4 praised the spirit of the officers and soldiers in the past time who have performed well in their study and training tasks as a preparation before going to the island to work. To perform well in the coming time, the Chief also requested the officers and soldiers of Brigade 146 to uphold their spirit and responsibility, strictly abide by military discipline, overcome difficulties, continuously study and practice to improve their political qualities, and always be ready to receive and complete tasks well in all situations.

Cadres at all levels on the islands are always exemplary, caring, looking after and helping soldiers in all activities; the comradely affection is always close and harmonious; the regimes, rules and regulations of the unit are always ensured and maintained in order. In particular, the regimes and benefits of soldiers preparing to work in Truong Sa Archipelago have been fully, clearly and in accordance with regulations by cadres at all levels.
This conference has contributed to educating the love of homeland, country, sea and islands; adding more feelings and confidence to non-commissioned officers and soldiers preparing to work on the islands of Truong Sa archipelago, with the determination to firmly protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland./.
