Rushing to renovate and complete the grandstand at Ba Dinh Square for the A80 ceremony
In preparation for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (A80) which will take place at 6:30 a.m. on September 2, 2025, during these days, functional forces along with technical teams and workers are making efforts to renovate and embellish Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi) and urgently install a grandstand system with a capacity of up to 30,000 seats.

Reporters observed that, despite the extremely hot weather, the Ba Dinh Square area was still crowded with laborers, workers, and technicians diligently working to complete the construction of a five-story steel grandstand with a capacity of 30,000 seats to serve the A80 anniversary celebration.

The main viewing platform is being set up along Doc Lap Street, facing directly towards the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, to serve guests and delegates attending the commemoration ceremony. The stage area, located to the left of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and facing the viewing platform, is also being urgently completed.

The 80th anniversary celebration of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd will take place at 6:30 AM on September 2nd at Ba Dinh Square and several central streets in Hanoi , with approximately 30,000 attendees (not including the marching and parade forces).
