VPBank adjusted the buying price down by 10 VND and the selling price down by 7 VND, lowering the USD exchange rate to 25,278 - 25,643 VND/USD.

On the free market, the USD is being traded at 25,660 - 25,730 VND/USD, down 40 VND compared to yesterday.
