Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 284 VND/liter, not exceeding 19,408 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline decreased by 391 VND/liter, not exceeding 20,503 VND/liter.
In contrast to gasoline prices, the prices of various types of oil have increased across the board. Specifically, diesel increased by 91 VND/liter, not exceeding 18,148 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 263 VND/liter, not exceeding 18,833 VND/liter; and fuel oil increased by 232 VND/kg, not exceeding 16,461 VND/kg.
During this period, the regulatory agency continued to neither allocate funds nor utilize the fuel price stabilization fund for E5 RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, and fuel oil.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the global oil market during this price adjustment period (October 24-30) will be affected by factors such as: conflicts in the Middle East, a decrease in US crude oil reserves, the possibility of OPEC+ postponing its oil production increase plan, and the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine…
The factors mentioned above have caused world oil prices to fluctuate, rising and falling depending on the specific product, in recent days.
The average prices of refined petroleum products in the world between the two price adjustment periods were: 77.906 USD/barrel for RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (down 1.812 USD/barrel); 83.648 USD/barrel for RON95 gasoline (down 2.298 USD/barrel); 88.246 USD/barrel for kerosene (up 1.328 USD/barrel); 86.274 USD/barrel for diesel oil (up 0.340 USD/barrel); and 466.712 USD/ton for fuel oil (up 7.322 USD/ton).
In the price adjustment on October 24th, all types of gasoline and diesel decreased. Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 38 VND/liter, not exceeding 19,692 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 68 VND/liter, not exceeding 20,894 VND/liter.
Diesel fuel prices also decreased by 264 VND/liter, to 18,057 VND/liter. Kerosene prices decreased by 57 VND/liter, not exceeding 18,570 VND/liter. However, fuel oil prices increased by 139 VND/kg, not exceeding 16,229 VND/kg.
