From there, Mr. Trong believes that it is necessary to strongly innovate thinking about journalism and media training in the digital age. Training programs need to focus on the ability to apply AI and data, work on multiple platforms, analyze user data, communicate policies, professional ethics and digital citizenship responsibilities.

Mr. Pham Quy Trong, Deputy Head of Local Affairs Department 3 - Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation between schools, media agencies, and businesses.

Mr. Trong especially emphasized the strengthening of "three-party" cooperation: schools - press agencies - businesses. "Training facilities cannot stand outside the rapid changes of technology and the market. This is an inevitable model to create human resources suitable to practical requirements. Thank you Thanh Nien Newspaper and press agencies in the past have shared and shouldered the responsibility of training with universities. With a sense of responsibility, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission pledges to continue to accompany and closely coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training, with universities, press agencies and businesses to contribute to building high-quality media human resources to meet the requirements of the new era," Mr. Trong shared.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoi, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, said that the reality in training in the field of journalism and communication today is that although there are very simple legal regulations, they are not fully equipped for learners. In addition, media training units are increasingly expanding in scale, but there are no units or media training programs associated with commerce.
"It can be said that currently media training is receiving great attention, but we must know which fields of training are of interest to society," Mr. Hoi emphasized.
