Hanoi: Immediately apply measures to facilities with high risk of fire and explosion

The Hanoi City People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4049/UBND-NC on the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 105/CD-TTg dated July 7, 2025 of the Prime Minister.

Accordingly, based on the direction of the Prime Minister, the City People's Committee requests departments, branches, and People's Committees of communes and wards to continue to seriously implement the directions of the National Assembly , the Government, the Prime Minister, the City Party Committee, the City People's Council, and the Hanoi City People's Committee, focusing on the following contents: Correctly implement the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue, and Rescue, and guiding documents on this content.

At the same time, promote propaganda, guidance, and training in fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue skills for people; ensure effective and practical fire prevention and fighting, and minimize damage to people and property.

The City People's Committee assigned the City Police, Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Management Board of high-tech parks and industrial parks of the city...; People's Committees of communes and wards to strengthen inspection, classification, and guidance on immediate application of fire prevention and fighting measures for: Housing; facilities with high risk of fire, explosion and causing great loss of life according to Document 3359/UBND-NC dated October 28, 2024 of the City People's Committee.

In addition, the units are determined to strictly handle violations according to the law. Regarding this, the City Police will monitor and urge the implementation of the above content; periodically summarize and report the implementation results.

The City People's Committee requests heads of units and chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to seriously implement fire prevention, fighting, rescue and relief work according to the direction of the Prime Minister and Hanoi city.
