- From 7:30 PM: Cultural performance; Hot air balloon lantern show ( Hot air balloon fire dragon performance to greet the audience; Creating special lantern effects )

- From 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM: Visitors can experience a Level 7 hot air balloon ride and a ground-based hot air balloon tour.

- From 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Tourists and locals are free to enter, take photos, and explore.

- Hot air balloon ride experience (Level 7): Morning from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM; Afternoon from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

* From 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM: At Ocean Park Beach, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City:

- All the hot air balloons will be moved to the Ocean Park Beach area in preparation for the Hot Air Balloon Lantern Festival.

- From 7:15 PM onwards, visitors can attend the hot air balloon lantern festival "Heritage City - The Colors of Ha Long".
