In the first months of 2024, Hau Loc District People's Committee has focused on leadership, drastic direction, and synchronous implementation of solutions to overcome difficulties, continue to strongly improve the investment and business environment; maximize mobilization and effective use of investment resources and implement many works and projects (DA), creating breakthroughs in infrastructure construction, especially traffic infrastructure, removing bottlenecks and bottlenecks, developing the socio-economy , and building Hau Loc to develop rapidly and sustainably.

In 2024, the total capital sources from the central budget, provincial support capital and district budget to invest in the construction of technical infrastructure works in Hau Loc area according to plan is 360 billion VND.

Identifying that transportation goes first to pave the way, promote socio-economic development; shortening the distance is competition in terms of time, development capacity, investment attraction, synonymous with expansion, future connection,... the district has directed contractors to overcome difficulties, take advantage of favorable times, mobilize all resources to the construction site to speed up the construction progress of works, especially key traffic projects. Identifying site clearance (GPMB) as a "key" step, of extremely important significance in contributing to speeding up the progress of project implementation, the district has completed 38 GPMB councils and assigned the Hau Loc District Investment and Construction Project Management Board to be the standing agency of the councils. Proactively coordinate with relevant sectors and units to resolve problems related to GPMB compensation; direct communes and towns to do a good job of GPMB compensation, determine the origin of land, create the best conditions for contractors to perform their tasks. Do a good job of mobilizing and propagating to gain people's consensus and support. In 2023 and the first 4 months of 2024 alone, Hau Loc district has completed the site clearance work for 23 projects with an area and total disbursed budget estimated at more than 110 billion VND. In particular, it has completed and handed over all the sites of key projects in the area such as KeXim 1 project; Diem Pho residential area (23ha)... Traffic projects such as: Nga Son - Hoang Hoa coastal road; traffic route connecting National Highway 10 (at Km218+245) with Pham Banh road, Hau Loc town; road from Quang Loc commune connecting the coastal road in Hung Loc commune; road from Hoa Loc fishing port to the coastal road; road from Thanh Loc commune to Dong Loc commune... with a total length of more than 24km for contractors to implement construction. According to schedule, these projects will be completed in 2024. These are key traffic projects in the area, connecting regions of the district. When put into use, they will contribute to completing traffic infrastructure and opening up new development space, increasing regional connectivity, creating attractiveness in attracting investment...

Socio-economic infrastructure also receives investment attention. Focus on implementing investment projects for new residential land and technical infrastructure in the area with an area of over 45 hectares. After a period of investment preparation, in the first months of 2024, all items have been synchronously and fully completed to be put into auction to generate revenue for the budget such as: Technical infrastructure project for residential areas of Con Ve, Con Ngang, Hau Loc town; Con Meo residential area, Quang Loc commune; Mang Vi residential area, Cu Lac, Phu Loc commune; Thanh Tay residential area, Thanh Loc commune; Lien Loc residential area; Minh Hai residential area, Minh Loc commune; Hoa Phu residential area, Hoa Loc commune...

By early May 2024, many traffic, irrigation, school projects in the district have been completed on schedule, ensuring quality, and have been put into use to effectively promote local socio-economic development. Typical examples include: Traffic road connecting Provincial Road 526 at Km11+870 with National Highway 10 at Km209+200, Hoa Loc commune; a number of residential area technical infrastructure projects; traffic road project from Phu Lac village to Loc Dong village, Phong Loc commune; project to solidify Xe canal from village 4 to San road, village 2, Lien Loc commune; Project of head office building combined with 2-storey functional rooms of 8 rooms of Hau Loc town Kindergarten... By early May 2024, Hau Loc district has disbursed more than 65% of public investment capital in the area.

Currently, Hau Loc district continues to synchronously implement solutions to create resources and increase budget revenue; take advantage of the attention of all levels, sectors and investment cooperation of enterprises to mobilize investment capital, implement approved projects such as the projects: Western beltway of Hau Loc district (section connecting from Quang Hung road, Hung Loc commune to the coastal road of Hai Loc commune). The district is proactively carrying out investment procedures, striving to implement projects by mid-2024, such as: Renovation and upgrading of traffic roads from Provincial Road 526 (Tuy Loc commune) to the stadium, Phong Loc commune; East-West route 9 (phase 1) from National Highway 1A, Dai Loc commune to Trieu Loc commune; Quang Loc commune secondary school; Xuan Loc secondary school; solidification of canals in 10 communes; construction of the central medical examination and treatment building of Hau Loc District General Hospital... At the same time, the district continues to coordinate with functional branches and construction units to remove difficulties and obstacles; focus on site clearance, create conditions for contractors to complete construction of works on schedule, ensure quality, put into use according to plan, effectively promote investment capital to promote socio-economic development, and build advanced new rural areas in the area.
