Da Nang plans to prioritize allocating investment capital and providing investment support for technical and social infrastructure projects inside and outside the free trade zone for 33 projects.
The Da Nang City People's Council has recently drafted a Resolution on the list of projects to be prepared for investment, prioritized for capital allocation, and supported for the construction of technical and social infrastructure projects inside and outside the free trade zone.

According to the draft, there are three technical and social infrastructure projects within the free trade zone in Hoa Vang district, including: Investment in shared technical infrastructure for production areas; Investment in shared technical infrastructure for logistics areas; and Investment in shared technical infrastructure for commercial, service, and other functional areas.
In addition, 30 technical and social infrastructure projects outside the free trade zone, built in Hoa Vang district and Lien Chieu district, are also included in this list.
These include several major projects such as: Logistics infrastructure and inland ports; New urban areas No. 1 and No. 2; Cu De River waterfront port service urban area; and resettlement areas in Hoa Son, Hoa Ninh, and Hoa Nhon communes of Hoa Vang district.
The list of priority projects also includes many important transportation works connecting the free trade zone such as: the Cu De riverside road; the road combined with the embankment on the north side of the Cu De river; the airport ring road (North-South); the road connecting the western ring road with the La Son - Tuy Loan expressway (behind the High-Tech Park); the road connecting Lien Chieu port with the Cu De riverside port service urban area and production zone; the road connecting the 400-hectare production zone in Truong Dinh village (Hoa Lien commune) with the southern bypass of the Hai Van tunnel - Tuy Loan; Road No. 5 connecting the High-Tech Park with National Highway 14B...
Currently, Da Nang city is finalizing the plan to establish a free trade zone, which is expected to be submitted to the Ministry of Planning and Investment for appraisal and then to the Prime Minister for approval.
