Volleyball beauty queen Kim Hue received a master's degree in economics at the age of 42.

" After more than two years of hard work and studying with my classmates in the Economic Management class, we have finally succeeded. I wish the lecturers of the Political Economy Department and all the lecturers of the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, good health, prosperity, and a happy new year, " Kim Hue happily wrote on her personal page.

In September 2023, Pham Thi Kim Hue successfully defended her master's thesis. She pursued a master's program in Business Administration, a relatively new field for many athletes but one that proved very beneficial to them after retirement.

Kim Hue, along with many other sports stars, participated in a training course under a collaborative program between the Department of Physical Education and Sports and the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Professional athletes can participate in various bachelor's degree programs according to practical needs.

Studying business administration and economic management is essential for professional athletes. Spending so much time training and competing when young, many sports stars lack the necessary skills to leverage their image and personal brand, manage finances, and develop business ventures alongside their athletic careers.

For Pham Thi Kim Hue personally, she even had to put aside many personal plans, including some work related to sports coaching, in order to complete her studies.

Kim Huệ is known as the "beauty queen" of Vietnamese volleyball. Her beautiful appearance and talent, combined with her skills, have made her an irreplaceable icon in the hearts of fans. Kim Huệ once held the record for participating in the National Volleyball Championship for 17 consecutive years.

She captained the Vietnamese women's volleyball team at the young age of 19. Kim Huệ made a strong impression starting from the 22nd SEA Games on home soil. She won six silver medals in the SEA Games she participated in.
