Hoang Thuy Linh suddenly appeared at the cinema, happy in the arms of fans

(Dan Tri) - Singer Hoang Thuy Linh held many fan meetings at theaters when the documentary "We Are Vietnamese" was released.

Recently, the documentary Vietnamese Concert: We Are Vietnamese was released in theaters and was well received by fans.

This is a film that records the making of the Vietnamese concert in September 2023 by singer Hoang Thuy Linh. The work was co-directed by her and Kawaii Tuan Anh.

Last weekend, the singer of See Tinh went on a cinetour (the film crew interacted with the audience at the theater), randomly appearing at screenings in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi .

The singer expressed her happiness and emotion when her documentary was released in theaters with a limited screening time after 6 p.m. but still had seats filled by fans. The work reached a diverse audience, from young people to students, even elderly parents who loved music and were inspired by Vietnamese concerts.

At the meetings, the Hanoi-born beauty was photographed and chatted with by many fans. This was also a rare reappearance of the 8X singer in front of the audience after a long period of "hiding".

"I didn't think this documentary would be loved by so many people, even though the screenings were limited and the screening times weren't very convenient for everyone to go to the cinema.

The encouragement, support and emotional tears from the audience when watching the movie made me really happy. I was inspired by everyone's love in return. The feeling of sitting in the same theater with the audience, receiving sincere hugs after each screening is something I truly cherish and am grateful for," Hoang Thuy Linh confided.

The singer said that during the cinetour, she felt like she was reliving the unforgettable emotions at the Vietnamese concert stage in 2023. She is grateful for the audience's support, considering this as motivation to continue to strive in her career.

"I hope everyone continues to love me and my music," the singer confided.

Director Kawaii Tuan Anh added: "It was a surprise when we witnessed the emotional eyes, tears and listened to the stories full of determination of the young people. That empathy is the motivation for me and my brothers and sisters in the crew to try harder on our own journey."

Music producer DTAP also expressed: "Hearing everyone in the theater sing and memorize my songs, it felt like I was reliving the moments of the Vietnamese concert , one of the most memorable milestones of my career."

Hoang Thuy Linh was born in 1988 in Hanoi, starting her artistic career as an actress. Later, she achieved much success when she switched to singing.
