The fair has 300 booths displaying and introducing products from many industries of Dak Nong province and provinces and cities in the Central Highlands region.

The fair introduces many specialties of 8 districts and cities in Dak Nong province, including Gia Nghia city and the districts of Dak Glong, Krong No, Tuy Duc, Dak Song, Dak Mil, Cu Jut, and Dak R'lap.
Many specialties and typical products of Dak Nong province are displayed at local booths such as coffee, pepper, macadamia, sweet potato, mango, honey, rice, durian, mangosteen, etc. All items are quality products, with origin, source, code or traceability stamp. Many products are OCOP products with 3-star and 4-star certification of Dak Nong province.
In addition to Dak Nong products, the Fair also has 55 booths introducing products from localities in the Central Highlands region; 196 booths displaying typical products of businesses outside the region; 14 booths not eligible for support from the national program on trade promotion.
The main participating items are industrial goods, small-scale industry, handicrafts, craft villages, agricultural products, consumer food, electricity, electronics, refrigeration, automobiles, service booths, etc.
Sharing about the opportunities from the fair, Ms. Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee emphasized that this event is very important, helping businesses in the Central Highlands region have the opportunity to connect, promote, introduce products and expand the consumption market. This is a place to support businesses, cooperatives, production facilities in the region to joint venture, associate, seek trade opportunities and investment cooperation.
The 2023 Central Highlands - Dak Nong Industry and Trade Fair is part of the 2023 National Trade Promotion Program directed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee. Coming to the fair, units and businesses have the opportunity to promote their brands, introduce products, seek partners, expand the market for products and goods, access the market of neighboring Cambodia and develop trade with ASEAN countries...
In recent times, to promote trade development in the province, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Nong has advised the Provincial People's Committee to implement many trade promotion programs. Accordingly, the National Trade Promotion Program in 2023 has been approved with a budget of 1,000 million VND to implement the Project to organize the Central Highlands - Dak Nong Industry and Trade Fair 2023, from June 30, 2023 to July 5, 2023 in Gia Nghia city, Dak Nong province.
In addition, the Local Trade Promotion Plan for 2023 was approved with a total budget of VND 750 million from the local budget to implement 5 projects. To date, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion has completed 2 projects: organizing delegations to participate in fairs in provinces and cities in the Central Highlands region; organizing delegations to participate in fairs in the Northern provinces.
As a result, at the fairs, 4 businesses signed agreements with 4 partners to consume Cocoa, Macadamia, and Cashew products. For the remaining 3 projects, the Center is developing detailed plans to coordinate with agencies and organizations for implementation.
The Department of Industry and Trade also announced and encouraged production and business enterprises in Dak Nong province to register to participate in trade connection conferences and fairs domestically and internationally. At the same time, it organized a delegation of provincial businesses to participate in an exhibition fair in Mondulkiri province - Cambodia, from April 14, 2023 to April 17, 2023, in Sen Monorom city, Mondulkiri province, Cambodia.
Thanks to these solutions, the total retail sales of goods and service revenue in the province in the first 6 months of 2023 is estimated at VND 11,550 billion, an increase of 18.6% over the same period in 2022, reaching 54.38% of the 2023 plan (VND 21,241 billion).
