During the 2 days (October 26 and 27), the conference focused on the main contents of thoroughly grasping Decision No. 1079/QD-TTg dated September 14, 2022 of the Prime Minister on approving the Project on communication on human rights; the situation of exploiting religious issues in recent times and the impact on foreign communication.

Guidelines for promoting local images abroad; communication experience in foreign and international press; human rights work situation and some orientations for human rights propaganda work in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Director of the Department of External Information ( Ministry of Information and Communications ) emphasized: The conference aims to unify awareness of the importance of external information work on human rights, policy communication work; update the situation and guide information and propaganda work on human rights in the coming time; exchange experiences, answer questions, record recommendations and proposals from the practical implementation process of the Project to implement Decision 1079/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister in localities.
