In 2023, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association has strived to overcome difficulties and successfully implemented the tasks and plans set out. The Standing Committee of the Association coordinated with press agencies to actively innovate political and ideological education, foster professional skills for members, pay attention to protecting rights, encouraging spirit, creating a favorable environment for members to work creatively, successfully complete political tasks; oriented propaganda of events and executive activities of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

In addition, the Provincial Journalists Association continues to consolidate and build an increasingly strong association, focusing on the grassroots, considering the journalist branches as the core of the emulation movements and activities of the association; coordinating with agencies and units in the province to organize many practical and effective activities, affirming the position of a political, social and professional organization in the new period, contributing to the development of journalism in the province and the country.
The movement to create high-quality press works was launched and widely deployed among all members, going deeper and deeper, bringing practical effects, achieving higher results than previous years.

At the conference, delegates participated in discussions and contributed opinions to the report summarizing the work of the Provincial Journalists Association in 2023, deploying tasks in 2024; reporting the work program of the Provincial Journalists Association in 2024; focusing on specifically assessing the achieved results and clearly analyzing the difficulties, limitations, causes and issues that the Provincial Journalists Association needs to focus on leading and directing to better implement in the coming time.
On this occasion, the Provincial Journalists Association awarded 3 collectives and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in professional work and association building in 2023; and gave an extraordinary award to a group of authors from Vinh Phuc Newspaper who won the third Political Essay Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation in 2023.
