Today, the National Assembly will vote on 30 draft laws and 5 resolutions.

According to the work plan of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly , today, December 10th, the National Assembly will vote to approve 30 draft laws and 5 resolutions.

In the morning, the National Assembly voted to approve 13 draft laws and 1 resolution. In the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to approve 17 draft laws and 4 resolutions.

Specifically, in the morning, the National Assembly voted to approve the following draft laws: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Savings and Waste Prevention; Law on Planning (amended); Law on Deposit Insurance (amended); Law on Population; Law on Disease Prevention; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; Law on Cybersecurity; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils (amended). The National Assembly also voted to approve the Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision "Implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 came into effect".

In the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to approve the following draft laws: the Law on E-commerce; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education ; the Law on Vocational Education (amended); the Law on Higher Education (amended); the Law on Press (amended); the Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended); the Law on Criminal Enforcement (amended); the Law on Temporary Detention, Custody and Prohibition from Leaving Residence; the Law on Public Officials (amended); the Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; the Law on High Technology (amended); the Law on Construction (amended); the Law on Artificial Intelligence; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints, and the Law on Denunciations; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

The resolutions to be voted on by the National Assembly this afternoon include: a Resolution of the National Assembly on some specific mechanisms and policies to enhance the effectiveness of international integration; a Resolution of the National Assembly on some specific and outstanding mechanisms and policies to achieve breakthroughs in education and training development; and a Resolution on the investment policy for the National Target Program on modernization and improvement of the quality of education and training for the period 2026-2035.

Subsequently, the National Assembly convened a closed session to vote on and approve the Resolution of the National Assembly on the ratification of the Agreement in the field of foreign affairs, as proposed by the President .
