More than 100 scientists attend international conference on aircraft technology

On the morning of August 27th, a scientific conference on aircraft technology, maintenance management, repair, operation & management (SATECH 2024) was held at the Vietnam Aviation Academy.

The workshop was organized by the Vietnam Aviation Academy, the International Association for Sustainable Energy and Aviation Research (SARES), and Eskisehir University of Technology (Türkiye).

The event brought together over 100 researchers, scientists, manufacturers, and businesses from Serbia, the Netherlands, China, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Pacific Airlines, Hungary, and more.

Domestic institutions participating include the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, Le Quy Don University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Tran Dai Nghia University, Vietnam Aviation Academy, etc.

At the conference, many leading international experts shared their insights on aircraft technology, maintenance management, repair, operation, and maintenance.

A highlight of ISATECH 2024 is the presence of leading expert speakers in the field of aircraft technology.

According to the organizers, the conference received more than 70 papers from scientists both domestically and internationally, and selected over 40 papers to be presented in the discussion sessions.

The delegates presented the latest and most forward-looking aspects of the aerospace field, such as aircraft design and optimization, aerospace propulsion systems, aircraft guidance and control, modern manufacturing, MRO, air transport operations, and more.

The workshop will promote a range of topics related to the electrification of airborne vehicles, such as the design of fully electric aircraft, electric motors, and the production and storage of electricity in airborne vehicles, opening up many interesting topics about MRO aircraft technology and operations.
