The Mon Ha village road project is a rural road of type C, level IV, with a total length of nearly 800m and a road width of 3.5m. Upon completion, the project will be equipped with solar-powered streetlights along the entire route.
According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Dat, Secretary of the Muong Ang District Party Committee , Mon Ha village has 156 households and nearly 800 inhabitants, all of whom are ethnic minorities. The percentage of poor and near-poor households is over 43%. The lives of the villagers are still difficult, heavily reliant on agricultural production. In particular, the internal village road in Mon Ha is severely degraded, causing slippery conditions and affecting the lives and daily activities of the people. To promptly address this situation, the Muong Ang district leadership has appealed to several philanthropists for investment and road construction.

Although the project did not have a large investment budget, it holds particularly important political significance because, in addition to 100% of the investment coming from social contributions , all the land, assets, crops, and structures affected were voluntarily donated by the people to expand the road, covering an area of nearly 2,000 square meters .
The internal village road in Mon Ha hamlet, Xuan Lao commune, is expected to be completed before the Lunar New Year 2024 to serve the transportation needs of the local people .
