Opening of training course for leaders and managers at all levels

79 trainees are leaders and managers at provincial, district and commune levels attending the course.

The class was attended by 79 students who are leaders and managers at the provincial, district and commune levels. The course lasted for 5 days, from November 4-8, and students wrote reports on their learning process.

Trainees will be provided with and updated with knowledge of political theory, viewpoints, guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State; at the same time, grasp new and complex issues arising in practice. Thereby, improving students' understanding in the fields of economics, culture - society, national defense - security and Party building; helping cadres develop skills in applying knowledge to practical work, improving leadership capacity, strategic thinking, political awareness, creating unity in perception and action.
