Opening of "Pot of Love Porridge" in 2025

On February 26, at the Ha Hoa District Medical Center, the District Red Cross Association held the opening ceremony of the "Pot of Compassionate Porridge", providing free porridge to poor patients receiving inpatient treatment at the Medical Center.

Leaders of the Red Cross Society of Ha Hoa district awarded certificates of support for "Pot of love porridge in 2025" to units and philanthropists.

"Pot of charity porridge in 2025" is sponsored by Ha Hoa District Medical Center, the district's Department of Education and Training, Tan Lap Prison, Red Cross Associations at all levels in the area and philanthropists with a total amount of 150 million VND.

“Pot of love porridge” will be maintained to cook and distribute free porridge for 12 months to poor patients and those in difficult circumstances who are being treated as inpatients at the District Medical Center on weekday mornings, each session with 50 or more servings. The porridge portions are prepared according to the prescribed ingredients, are nutritious, and ensure food hygiene and safety.

This is a practical and meaningful activity of the Red Cross, units and philanthropists for poor patients, contributing to helping patients reduce their burden and feel secure in their treatment.
