According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, this is a key social welfare project located in the An Binh Tan urban area (in Nam Nha Trang ward). The project aims to address the housing needs of low-income individuals, workers, and laborers in the province.
The CT-02 social housing project covers an area of over 2 hectares. According to the plan, the project includes 4 apartment buildings, each 15 stories high, providing 936 social housing units (each ranging in size from 49 m2 to 77 m2) and over 12,700 m2 of commercial and service space; the estimated population is approximately 2,554 people. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1/2026 and is expected to be completed and handed over by the end of Q3/2027.
The CT-02 social housing project is one of the key projects in realizing the national plan to invest in the construction of at least 1 million social housing units in the period 2021-2030. The early implementation of the project demonstrates Khanh Hoa province's determination to ensure social welfare and is expected to create additional housing supply at reasonable prices for residents in the southern Nha Trang area.
Besides addressing housing needs, the CT-02 social housing project is expected to create jobs for approximately 600 local workers. The consortium of investors is committed to expediting legal procedures to commence the project as soon as possible.

According to the "Project to invest in the construction of at least 1 million social housing units for low-income earners and industrial zone workers in the period 2021 - 2030" approved by the Prime Minister , Khanh Hoa province has been assigned a target of implementing 7,800 units; of which 3,400 units are for the period 2021 - 2025.
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030, approved by the Provincial People's Committee, it is projected that by 2025, the land demand for social housing development in the province will exceed 227 hectares, corresponding to a newly completed social housing floor area of over 1.8 million square meters (44,881 units). For the period 2026-2030, the land demand for social housing development will exceed 337 hectares, corresponding to a newly completed social housing floor area of over 2.3 million square meters (48,751 units).
