Survey on building a model of 'Cashless Ward 3 Market'

On the morning of October 28, Tan Ninh Ward People's Committee coordinated with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Tay Ninh Branch and Ward 3 Market Management Board to conduct a survey on the use of non-cash payment services at the market.

Agribank Tay Ninh Branch staff launched a survey on the use of cashless payment services at Ward 3 market.

During the survey, bank staff and the Market Management Board visited each stall to collect opinions and learn about the need for cashless payment services from traders, and at the same time guided traders to install and use electronic payment applications.

The activity aims to build a database on the quantity and usage of cashless payment services by people and businesses, as a basis for assessing the current situation, and moving towards forming a model of "Cashless Ward 3 Market".

The program is implemented in coordination with Agribank Tay Ninh Branch, Viettel Tay Ninh, Tan Ninh Ward Project Management Board, Ward 3 Market Management Board, Tan Ninh Ward People's Committee.

The survey is divided into two phases: The survey will be launched on October 28 and 29; and officially implemented from November 1 to December 31, 2025. It is expected that more than 300 businesses and at least 100 customers at Ward 3 market will participate in the survey, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the traditional trade sector./.
