When can the police conduct administrative inspections of private homes?

When inspecting, they have the right to mobilize the masses to do security and order protection work at the grassroots level, protect agencies, enterprises and organizations to participate.

Residence checks are conducted periodically, suddenly, or due to the requirements of crime prevention, security and order maintenance.

According to the above regulations, the commune police and the people's police assigned to manage residence in the area have the right to check residence at any time, including at night (within the management area).
